i was wondering the same thing, now i know i can make them a treat like i was planning to with just a bit of peanut butter and some of thier food and hang it in thier cage :-)

Yep the leaves are the best part of it for them and they really enjoy them. Which is good as we can keep the other part for ourselves. But you can give the whole celery to the birds.
