We had a feeling that one of our new Mickey Mouse fish was pregnant. Well I know for sure now we have a Mickey and a Minnie!

I was able to scoop him out of the tank when he was born so he didn't get eaten up. Hes in a seperate bowl until I can figure out what just to do with him now!
Just since I started posting this I was able to net 3 more babies.

I love little fish babies. I used to have dwarf platty babies all the time. Now I'm down to just 2 males. time to get some new females. I always just left mine in the main tank with plenty of real floating plants that they could hide in.

A plastic storage container(from Walmart) will do in a pinch. You will need filtration and a heater though.
