Health is always important.If a bird is not healthy there is no sence of trying to breed it for many obvious reasons.Albino's will live just as long as any other types.I have one custaer that lost hers after 14 years I sold her.A double factor crest is not fatal (leathal)...another myth.I have about ten double factors.A couple I bought and the rest I have bred and are breeding now to normals and producing crested's.One in particular has given 11 chicks in three rounds(resting now)and never lost one chick.Crested have now become my passion.
