Yeah, you can't breed a half-sider on purpose, and it is unwise to try seeing as they can have many genetic disorders and often can't reproduce. Their internal organs can be out of alignment because their halves have different DNA, some can even be half male and half female.

Saying that, many half siders can and will have babies, but there are no guarantees because they aren't just a feather mutation.
