As I indicated, you need to see an Avian Vet with him.

An Avian Vet will be able to offer advice and options on the best way to feed him and the types of food to give him and answer any other questions about his condition.

And, you didn't answer my question -- is the ENTIRE bottom beak now missing or just a portion of it?
