She already eats a mainstream budgie seed mix with pellets in it, my cereal is not her entire diet haha!

I believe the sorghum is in grain form, because the cereal is stone-ground. There is also no sugar and no salt added, and I only make the cereal with water, not milk or anything. I don't add sweetener to it either, only frozen blueberries which she also likes to nibble on!
