To achieve that one needs to gather information about these two basic groups Albinism and Melanism

Ino gene totally mask grey and dark factor therefore to eliminate suffusion use of green normal or opaline with one or two dark factors is recommend for lutino and grey normal or opaline is recommended for albino same goes for TCB to achieve clearest body

Again use of normal or opaline is recommended to improve the quality of markings, varieties belonging to albinism, dilution and leucism group are not recommended (lutino belongs to albinism group)
