To me, the cardboard and wooden boxes are too confining and would be potentially scary for your budgie.

The cloth bag could be a problem if the budgie chews the cloth and doesn't provide the stability I'd want.

The little carrier I've seen in person and it's too small.
An English Budgie barely has room to stand on the bottom without its head hitting the top of the carrier.

I have travel cages I use for my birds and they work great for me.
