I hope you will be able to find someone that can take your budgies.

If you tell your father you are working hard to find them a new home, would he perhaps give you more time -- say perhaps a month so you can do your best to re-home them?

Your budgies will be better off if you turn them over to a rescue organization or an Animal Shelter than trying to house them outdoors or risk having your Dad set them free.
