Unfortunately, I'm not good at mutations so I can't offer any help with that but I'm sure one of our experts will be along soon to give you their opinion.

I'm not sure what you mean by "red" eyes.
Are you referring to the area around the budgie's eyes because the actual eye itself looks the normal black color.

In order to get a definitive answer with regard to your budgie's gender please submit photos that are clear, in-focus close-ups of the cere taken in natural light.

For the budgie's mutation, you'll need full body photos of both the front and back showing the wings and tail so an accurate assessment can be made.
