Hello and welcome to the forums!

Ana, Deb, and JoAnn have given great advice regarding diet and habits However, I'm going to muddy the water by saying that I think Raptor is a boy. In the first picture, the cere does look whitish, which would mean female, but in all the others, with proper lighting, the cere looks pink Does his cere look more pinkish in real life or more white?

Your little budgie is stunning and I can't wait to see more of baby Raptor! Feel free to ask about anything else you may be wondering about
