You can tell the gender by looking at the cere (the fleshy part above her beak). Her cere looks very light in the picture. Females will start with white rings around the nostrils in a pink cere that then will turn into a white cere with pale blue around the edges. When the hen comes into breeding condition, it will turn brown. With males, their cere stays a deeper pink to a purplish color until he matures and comes into breeding condition, when it will turn blue
There are some exceptions with certain mutations, but that's the easiest way
To tell for sure, you can post better, full frontal pictures in natural light so the members can tell easier what gender your little baby is.
As for names, here are a few that came to mind when I saw the little thing. Some of these names could go for either gender. As other members have said, when you get to know her better you'll be able to better decide on a fitting name for her
