Why don't you simply hire an exterminator to come in and take care of the problem?

RavensGryf has indicated that some pest control companies utilize the Orange Oil method now which would be safe.
Call around and find one who will agree to use the method you desire.

A pest control service could eliminate the spider "nests" and traces of them that you've seen, spray the oil where necessary and your problems should be solved.
