In case you’re not aware, I’d just like to mention another potential issue.
If I attempt to access the talkbudgies site on my iPhone, I get an initial message bar in red stating ‘an error has occurred. Type error X’, this bar then changes to a green loading bar .... and remains loading.
In case it makes a difference to your diagnosing, my phone has the latest iOS update and I have tried to access the site both on 4G and Home WiFi.
Maybe this is just a temporary situation whilst you’re carrying out maintenance, just thought it worth mentioning as the site appears as normal when accessed via my iPad.
