I agree that it'll be great to remove those plastic perches. Natural wooden perches will be much better for your bird's feet.
Keep an eye of the rope perch for fraying.
I'd possibly move the ladder up so it's up on the next set of horizontal bars.

You could probably take a couple of the toys out and change them over time so that when you change the cage next time you have new items to put in.
