Default Are Cauliflower and Broccoli leaves safe?

I know that Cauliflower and Broccoli are both safe vegetables for budgies. I have some Cauliflower in my fridge at the moment and I want to see if my budgies will take to it. However I also noticed it has some green leaves attached to it. My budgies love leafy greens, so I was wondering if the leaves on Cauliflower and Broccoli are safe to offer to my budgies? I'm asking because I know that some vegetable leaves like rhubarb leaves are toxic to humans.
