You're doing fine and if he's eating the pellets, you might do pellets in the AM and seeds in the afternoon. Pellets provide a nutritious diet along with veggies that he likes. The Roudybush nibbles look so much like millet and while you mixed them, he became familiar with them. Seeds which he probably grew up with are good but can become more of enrichment to keep things varied. I've done this plan with my budgie Steve since 2015 and he's never been sick and lots of fun.
