He's beautiful! It's great that he's a boy so you don't have to worry about accidental breeding. Additionally, I think Jazzy is a great name for a boy if you'd like to keep it similar

As a point of interest, you should NEVER put any covered spot in a budgie cage for males OR females - they don't need any sort of enclosed space and adding one will only trigger unwelcome hormonal surges and potential wanting to breed.
