Exclamation Perry is not well

So Perry is not well. We took him in originally because he went head first into his water bowl, and I believe aspirated. So at the vet she gave him a shot of lasix the help rid his lungs of the water. She approved a drop of the lasix a day, so we did that for a week and the "wet" breathing stopped. This was a few months ago.

He started sneezing about a month or so after the dive into the water. He's a bit lethargic, and needs heat most of the day. Has anyone else has a bird with this problem? Here doesn't have any discharge coming from his nares that we can tell, and he still has a pretty healthy appetite. In fact he's down eating some millet as I type this, lol.

We are just trying to figure out what we can do at home, because to get x-rays or anything stressful like that might kill him. And with the recent loss of Misty, we are a bit weary. Any help would be super appreciated.
