Not sure what "bird music" is... do you mean budgies chirping? If so, I'd limit that and spend more time talking and singing to him.
You can play "regular" music for him.

(Too much budgie chirping "music" can agitate a solo budgie more than it calms them as they start looking for the other birds.)
