Default DEC - Ivory

So, I came upon this site when I was trying to learn more about budgie mutations.

And it says
Quote:
The dark-eyed clear is actually a combination of recessive pied and clearflight pied.
Does this mean that Ivory is split for recessive pied and clearflight pied? I plan on breeding Louis and Ivory when they are old enough, which isn't in my near future, but I don't mind. I'm just trying to figure my little budgie's genes out. Louis is a Dominant Pied, or so I think. So, would they have pied babies?
