Default saw an odd bird

Today at a pet store I saw a budgie hen who was nearly white with yellow tinting over her wings but not her head and faint limited head bars. Definitely not a full dilute mutation like ino or DEC. I don't believe double factor spangles have head bars either. It was a little hard to see where the yellow ended exactly since it was faint and faded slowly at the edges plus she seemed to have been playing with her colored mineral block and had an orange forehead and tail. Can you get yellow face where the yellow is not obvious on the head but shows up lightly in other areas of the body? I can't think of anything else that would do it but when I checked the cere for gender I saw no obvious yellow in the face. Since the only marking was a few faint head bars was it a double factor dominant pied?
