Default Is Echo's behaviour safe?

Lemme Out - YouTube
I'm not sure if the behaviour is a problem I just don't want him to get hurt, so if it's fine I'm happy to leave it.
He's been acting like this for a while, often around the time I get him out for out for play-time so I guess it's excitement. At first I wasn't worried but while editing the footage I wondered whether it's normal so have to put my mind at rest. He does calm down once the door is open, the ending was him flying onto the rabbit cage that I had covered for him.

Should I be worried?

Honestly to me it doesn't look like an issue. It just looks like he wants to get out of the cage and he's trying to squeeze through the bars. As long as the bars aren't too separated apart he shouldn't be able to fit his head through and get stuck. It looks to me like it's just excitement of wanting to get out of his cage as he enjoys it so much aha But maybe one of the experts can put your mind to rest.

Yes, his behaviour is normal He's just anxious to come out of the cage to play.

Be sure to check the cage bars regularly to ensure he's not chewing through the protective coating on the bars

Also, to encourage him to stop this habit (it's not the best thing for him to be doing), leave the room when he does this and let him out of the cage when he's calmed down and isn't chewing on the cage bars anymore. That way, he will stop associating his behaviour with a reward (coming out of the cage).

Good luck!

Take the time to read the information in the Stickies regarding Taming and Bonding -- particularly the one regarding Positive Reinforcement.

Thank you all.
I'm going to follow the advice and discourage the behaviour. Hopefully I'll be able to get my parents to help encase he tries to get past them, my mum spoils him rotten.
