I live in canada so I have to look on amazon.ca

That vision cage is one I've looked at by the dimensions are almost the same as the cage I have which I was told is too small for them....

The vision cage is nice but it's only 2 inches longer and 4 inches wider than the one I have ...

How about this one...... ? Can I remove the divider ?

The cage you linked last is only
61 cm (24") x 40.6 cm (15.98") x 40.6 cm (15.98")

You need a cage that at the very minimum is

30" (76.2 cm) x 18" (45.27 cm) x 18" (45.27 cm) for two budgies and the bigger cage you get the better off the budgies will be.

This cage would be the minimum recommended size:

Prevue Hendrys 30"x18"x18" Flight Cage Minimum Required Size for two Budgies

If you can afford it and have the room, the cages linked below would be even better:

Prevue Hendryx F040 Flight Cage (in Canada) - First Choice

Prevue Hendryx Aviary Flight Cage (in Canada) - Second Choice

Deb, the one you listed as your first choice is the one you have, yes?

Moira,

Yes, I have several of the F040 cages.
I also have a F050 which is bigger than the F040.

I like cages with flat tops best!

I do have one of the 30"x18"x18" cages as well but I don't use it for housing any of my birds.
I actually keep it as an "emergency" or "quarantine" cage.

How tall is the F040? How high up off the floor is the actual cage portion? I'm looking to get a new cage for my two and am wondering how much storage space there is under there.

From the floor to the cage bottom is ~ 9 1/2"

From the shelf to the cage bottom is about 6 1/2" deep.
I store plastic containers of bird food on the shelf as well as newspapers which are used as cage liners.

Below is an picture of three of the cages from back in 2013
(All of the rope perches and rope toys have long since been removed and replaced with grapevine perches!)

Hi!
I would look on amazon for a brand of bird cages called Vision, I just bought their lo1 model and am very happy with it! They have a good range in sizes too! It is on the more expensive side because of their unique bottom.( a really cool feature that helps with a lot mess!) I don't know if this is exactly what you're looking for but it is worth checking out.

As long as the spacing between the cage bars is no more than 1/2", the bigger the cage you can provide for your budgies the better off they will be.
