Default Female Budgie "scrubbing" rear on objects and pooping?

My budgie, Amelia has been rubbing her rear on various things since the day I got her. The only way I can describe it is "scrubbing" she sits down on whatever she is standing on and moves her rear sided to side very quickly like she's using her bum as a brillo pad, shortly after doing this she poops. Is this normal, is she constipated, itchy or just quirky?

My sister's budgie never does this.
Thanks

Have you checked her vent area to ensure it is clean and there is no swelling or inflammation?

There are various reasons she may be acting in this way.
She may simply be enjoying the "mating" sensation but there is also a chance she may have worms.

Have you had her checked by an Avian Vet?

Thanks for your response, I have looked at her vent area and it looks fine me but I am not very experienced with budgies so I can post a picture. I have not seen a vet but I will check into getting her checked for worms.
