Default Lemon hanging from the cage

Lemon has been hanging from the front of the cage for quite a while tonight. Every so often she turns to bother Camellia by biting at the top of the swing or shaking it with her foot. Is she just doing it to bother Camellia because she wants the spot or is there something else going on?

Budgies act in various ways at different times.
Nothing Lemon is doing is anything you need to be concerned about.
If you only have one swing in the cage, I recommend you add another as it's always best to have at least one per budgie and oftentimes even more than that.

This is probably the best advice. I would probably see if Lemon would come down and perhaps play for a bit, but other than that, Faery is correct.
