Exclamation Help my budgie is acting strange!

This is my first time using this, so I'm not quite sure what to expect yet, but my budgie has been acting super strangely. In the video, my bird was perched on top of my finger and then she begun to bite at my nail. After this, my bird's actions become increasingly aggressive and then she begins to have very fast movements. She begins to shake and toss her head around and her body using super fast movements. I don't quite understand what is happening and I've tried my best to describe what my bird was doing. Please write in the comments what you think is happening and what I could do to help my budgie. Thanks.

She could be excited. Try to edit the video to shorten/compress it and upload to youtube?

Check with the stickies on this web-site as to using a video here. Maybe editing you video down to a shorter length. Sounds to me that she's showing play or courtship behavior which your finger is the object of. Quiet normal in tame budgies that are bonded to a human (like you)

Your budgie is so cute and you look to have a great relationship with her. When she's wanting to play, I'd encourage it by holding a toy (maybe a bell or something else that makes noise). Join in and play with the toy with her. Even while she's standing on your finger like in the video, you could tap the bell with your finger and see if she will start to tap it.
