Unhappy Help I think my budgie is Depressed

I have 2 budgies and one of them is always quite in havnt heard a single chiriping sound from him in like 4 months also never saw him playing with any toy
on the other hand other budgie is always chirping and doing some kind of activity

How to make my budgie happy

I would take your budgie to the vet first to rule out the possibility of illness.

I second what Katherine has said above. Since your budgie used to be vocal and not now, and your other budgie in the same environment is vocal, a visit to the avian vet is in order.
