Default budgie sounds, squack and chirping?

so Im a new budgie owner and Im a little confused by my budgies behaviour. He is very quiet, the only time he makes sounds is when I play him music or Im watching netflix. I play him queen a lot which I thought he loved cuz he kept chirping like he was trying to sing along but at some points he squacks (which sounds really ugly) I thought it was just him getting really into it but i read somewhere that squacking was a bad thing and it meant they were unhappy and scared. Im really confused cuz it also said chirping meant he was happy. He will happily chirp then squack then chirp again then squack (it sounds quite bizzare). What does that mean? does he like only certain parts of the music? can squacks sometimes be good?

Generally, a loud budgie is a happy Budgie and they’re capable of making a whole range of different sounds. As you get to know your budgie, you’ll get to know what s/he is trying to tell you (eg. mine make that loud ACK sound when they want to be let out of their cage). My guess is your budgie is singing along.

Budgies use many different sounds to express their emotions The loud "ACK" you hear sometimes indicates displeasure, but also is often used by budgies to express excitement. As you get to know your little one, you'll be able to recognise when he's using different noises to express different things given his other behaviours as well as the context of the situation

I agree with Kellie that he's probably having a great time singing along
