Default Beak tapping & biting -what does it mean? (link to video added)

I've noticed that Rumer and Scout (females) sometimes tap on and bite each others beaks. (I have video of the beak tapping but not sure how to post video) Can anyone know why they do this?

Members of both sexes will often tap beaks as a friendly greeting and what looks like biting may actually be them feeding one another. If you post the video we can tell for certain what is going on.

Both definitely look like they are socializing with each other saying "Your my friend" "We're flock mates" "You're so great!". The budgie equivalent of hugs or holding hands. :>
