Jumping on hand and then continuously nibbling/hitting
My female budgie is 4 months old and I have had her for 2 and a bit months she is normally happy to come sit on my hand but today she jumps on and starts nibbling/bitting my hand constantly. I’m not to sure what this behaviour is and when I put her back on a perch she just wants to go back on my hand and do it again. I also have a 8month old male as well.

Is she actually biting (painful) or just nibbling (not painful)? If it's just nibbling or it's a mix of both, she's probably trying to play with your hand. Sometimes they get carried away and bite (my budgie used to do that) but if you nudge your hand away when they do this and gently say "no", or put them back in their cage and leave the room when they bite, they will learn that biting sends you away and they shouldn't do it. It will take a bit of time to train her out of it but if you're gentle and consistent her behavior should change.
Also, you've come to a great source of budgie information and it's great to have you here! Be sure to read through the many budgie articles and "stickies" (threads "stuck" to the top of each subforum for easy reference) to ensure you're up to date on the best budgie practices. If you have any questions after reading through things, please be sure to ask as we'd be happy to help.
I hope to hear updates on how your little one is doing
Cheers

Thank you to Deb for her wonderful Faery magic
Her name is kiwi, it’s not really hurting bite more nibbling, new behaviour she’s never done before but was just a little concerned if it’s just playing I’m okay with and yes I’ll keep on training her to not do it Thankyou!!!
Hey I was just bout to give them some hand fed lettuce which I do everyday and they love it, but kiwi was more into just nibbling/biting my hand. I’m so confused in what it may be cause normally they both just sit on my fingers and eat the lettuce together this time only my male did not kiwi she didn’t have any lettuce and was to fixated on my hand.
Rearranging their cage frequently and limiting the light they get to 8 hours a day will help tremendously. Please be sure you never put a nest box or anything that could be used as a nesting site in their cage.
When they come into condition, limit the amount of protein in their diet at that time.
