Budgie Breeding Before breeding any species, it is important to learn as much about the animals, their personalities and the best practices to follow for responsible and ethical breeding prior to making the commitment to take on the responsibility.

Your Major is a sky blue normal budgie and Latisha is light green in colour.
If she is split for blue, you can have both sky blue and light green chicks.
Since Latisha has irises on her eyes, she is likely a combination pied budgie, she also seems to be opaline and cinnamon.
From this pairing, you can have both normals and pied chicks who will likely be single factor dominant pieds. The male chicks will be split for opaline and cinnamon (if the mother is truly carrying these mutations visually).
Depending on what Major could be hiding, you can get some surprises.

I have no clue as to what the little ones will look like colour wise, but I am 100% sure they will be awfully cute, like the rest of the species
Good luck, and thanks for sharing!

I'd be comfortable agreeing with aluz that this hen is a light green combination pied opaline cinnamon.
