Default Hago Splits breeding

I have 2 pairs of df spangle hagoromo splits.

I have seen the parents they were proper df spangle hagoromos with full good shape flowers

The babies are about to breed now, they have crest and also some petals of flowers

What do you think will be the outcome?

Default How to make rainbows?

Hello friends im new to this hobby of keeping budgies.

Currently rainbow budgies are very much in demand in our country and everyone is talking about them. As I'm new to this i dont have any info on how to make new mutations. I bought a budgie young pair from a market to make some rainbow budgies and also asked a few people if that pair will produce rainbows but they said my male is a cinnamon and cinnamons are not used for rainbows. I'm adding my females pictures and i want you guys to help me get a male for her so that she breeds when she's adult and i get cutie little rainbows.

Also I'll be thankful if you show the pictures of the males the ones you will suggest. Because im very bad at recognizing the budgies with the names. Thanks

Also kindly tell me the proper name of this female

The purpose of this forum is to promote "Best Practices" for the health and well-being of budgies.

We believe before breeding any species, it is important to learn as much about the animals, their personalities and the best practices to follow for responsible and ethical breeding prior to making the commitment to take on the responsibility. This requires extensive research and an openness to continual learning.

You indicate you are "new to the hobby of keeping budgies" so you should not yet be considering trying to breed them.

I've moved your post to the "Contact the Staff" Forum.

We only offer breeding advice once we believe the member has the necessary knowledge and experience.

Hi Your budgies are beautiful! The Hagoromo and crested budgies are interesting to see .

Please take into consideration what you’ve been told in the above posts. Talk Budgies mission is to guide new and experienced budgie owners toward the Best Practices; the most current information on healthcare, behavior, diet, breeding, and a lot more.

There’s a lot involved to responsibly breed budgies. In the “old days” not much was taken into consideration. Stick around, read the Stickies, Articles, and past threads, and in due time you’ll be ready.

For a more safe and secure hold, try putting the neck between your index and middle nuckles (not fingertips) and your other fingers supporting the body.

We’d love to see more pics!
