Don't be silly. She already has a name. You just don't know it.

Some poor person is looking for that lost pet and worried sick, I am sure.

Rather than naming her, you should put an add in the local paper and try to find her home for her. Most birds that fly away do so from panic, being startled, and then cannot find their way home because they don't know what home looks like from the outside. I am sure she wants to go home. Please help her.

I wasn't being silly and I don't see why giving the bird a name would mean you can't also look for the its owner. We rescued a cat with kittens, they all had names, though we never had any intention of keeping them. Happily we we able to if find the cats owner.

I agree totally in giving a name it can't hurt at all and who knows if you will find the original owner Don't forgey to quarantine though

You need to advertise you have found her however you should not put up a picture or describe her, the right owner will be able to describe her to you.
