Hello everyone! Hopefully some of you remember my little flock, we have been m.i.a. for a little while because I got a job as a 3rd grade teacher in the fall and have been SUPER busy every since! Our flock is doing well and we just wanted to pop in and say hi
Also, Chip (aka Julio for all you OG members) is going to be 5 years old in a few weeks!
Chewy is looking pearly as ever
Didi, our newest, enjoying some sunshine
And Kissy, our Linnie, being silly as ever
They are especially enjoying this huge picture window since we moved in here in summer 2014!
Thanks all, hope everyone had a wonderful holiday and here's to a happy and healthy 2016!
Congratulations on your job as a third-grade teacher. I hope you are enjoying it each and every day.
It's wonderful to see pictures of your flock and Chip looks as handsome as ever. It's hard to believe he's going to be 5 years old already!
But.... where is your little Lovebird, Bean?
We haven't seen or heard anything about him since May and I don't see his picture in this group.
I was really hoping for an update on the little fellow when I saw you had posted.
Bean had to go back to the breeder he was just in constant attack mode with my other birds and I don't have the appropriate living space or amount of time to allow equal out of cage time separately. We got Didi after Bean was returned to his lovie flock and she lives happily with Chewy I should have put more thought into bringing a lovebird into my laid back flock but I was just hoping for the best. Unfortunately it just didn't work out all is peaceful here now with these 4, we have our hands full! But in a good way thanks for all the love!
Hi Jill and the flock
Sorry Bean did not work out but sometimes we can't help the outcome. That would of been a hard decision to come to I am sure.
Congrats on your new job, teaching is an extremely tiring job with a lot of behind the scenes preparation needed too.
Lovely to see all of the flock happy
