Your budgie is very cute.

This link explains how to embed videos in your posts.

As you know, the purpose of Talk Budgies is to promote only the Best Practices in care for the health and well-being of budgies.

In viewing your video, a couple of things I noticed a couple of areas of concern.

How many budgies do you have housed in the cage shown in the video?

It is very important that budgies have plenty of space and not be housed with too many other birds.
The very minimum size for 6 budgies would be 40" long x 18" wide x 32" high
Volume = 23,040" cubic inches

Also, it appears you may have sandpaper or grit on the bottom of the cage.
Sandpaper and grit are not recommended for budgies.
Sandpaper is too rough for their feet and can cause sores.
Eating sand and/or grit can cause crop impaction.
