She's a very sweet little girl.
Is she eating well on her own or does she need supplemental feedings?

The following is directed to all members:
Breeders really should not release budgies until they are a minimum of 8 weeks old.
It is important the babies have time with their Dad and siblings to learn to "be budgies".
Additionally, ensuring the chicks have been eating on their own for a minimum of two weeks before releasing them helps to prevent regression.

Percy was hand reared by the breeder from the age of about 2 weeks old.I carried on hand feeding her a varied diet of baby budgie food, seed as well as fruits and veggies as I wanted to make sure she was eating and getting the right nutrition. It took a couple fo days to get her into the swing of things, but now she eats incredibly well all on her own!

I'm glad to hear you were providing Percy with healthy nutritious supplemental feedings and that she is doing well.

I hope Percy was also given the opportunity to socialize with the other budgies including the adult Male when at the breeder's, in order to learn how to be a bird.

Best wishes with your precious new little girl!
