Very interesting trick and the little bird is obviously enjoying it.

Hopefully, no TB members will decide to "force" their budgies to do something like this.

Not all budgies would learn this, but with some millet and a bit of patience it's actually a very simple behavior that budgies could do, and it's obvious the he enjoys it and during the training has received positive reinforcement, initially likely the lure of millet, but gradually rolling with the paper tube....enjoying. This is a tame, socialized budgie and an owner who knows this bird well.
