Great job on the crochet work!

Wow I have never heard of those either! I guess it doesn't get cold enough out here where I am . So you slip your legs into it together in the same compartment, or is each leg separated inside? It's a clever idea.

Legs slipped inside a single cozy compartment, which goes up to about half way up your calf, the rest is an open blanket that covers your legs and lap.

I would have added a shell stitch border actually, but didn't have the right colour coordinating wool.

I love it. I have been planning on making one for a while but haven't gotten around to it. And now I can't work on anything until the nasty cut I got, while cooking for thanksgiving, on my thumb heals. I love the yarn you used too. Great Job!

Thanks for the description... I was thinking it was like you slip it on sort of like pants and it went up to your waist (except with both legs together so that you cant stand up and walk ).

Where do you see such a thing being sold retail? I'm surprised that I have never heard of or seen this, when obviously many people have. Living in the area I do (near Los Angeles) we usually see everything trendy .

Ah, that explains it then. I don't usually shop online, and am not familiar with etsy, or even Amazon. They haven't hit the 'brick and mortar' stores yet? I bet they'd be a big hit. I can see people would like those.
