Your budgie is a beautiful little girl, congratulations To me, she appears to be around three months old, but Aluz is better at handling age queries so I'll let her confirm that
You've come to the right place to learn even more about budgies as well as meet and talk to tons of budgie lovers
Be sure to read through all the Budgie Articles and "stickies" (important threads "stuck" to the top of subforums for easy reference) to ensure you're up to date on the best of budgie care practices!
If you have any questions after reading through everything, be sure to ask as we'd love to help
Your girl is beautiful and I do hope we get to see more of her around here!
Hope to see you around, too--it's great to have you!
Cheers

Thank you to Deb for her wonderful Faery magic
Thanks! Here are some more photos. Her name is cloud Sorry for the upside-down/sideways photos, my phone is uploading them that way, I don't know how to fix it.
It's usually less of a hassle to upload pictures through Photobucket, as an account is free and it allows pictures to be inserted in the proper orientation and in a much easier to see format
Welcome to the forums and congratulations on your new budgie!
She's a beauty! Taking all factors in account (iris development, barring on the forehead area, cere colour), I'd say Cloud is 4 and a half months old.
