Default Boy? Girl?

So here is a picture of Bee. I think someone said in one of my posts that Bee is a boy. But I can't locate the post now, so I'd like to post a pic so people can weigh in thank you!

If the cere is pinky purple as in the photo, then yes I agree, Bee is a boy.

OMG super cute boy! I recommend you remove the mirror though. Budgies can become obsessed with their own reflection and it's not healthy at all for them. I also suggest you replace the wooden dowel perch with some natural perches of varying widths to help exercise his feet and prevent pressure sores. If you have a look through the articles and stickies you can find a ton of information about budgies

Thank you!!
Yes I plan to replace the perches
I had thought Bee was a girl, so I left the mirror in there as I didn't think it would cause harm, but knowing we have two boys, I'll remove it

And thank you everyone for your input!!

No matter what gender your budgie is they can become obsessed with their reflection. Just thought I'd let you know for future reference

Bee is a darling little boy and as you are now aware of the need to replace the perches and remove the mirror, I am closing this thread.

Best wishes!
