Default Question about gender and age...

I was wondering if anyone could help me determine the gender and age of Birdie. I got her (I think she's a girl) a month and a half ago from a pet store. I've tried to look up how to determine gender, but because her cere is both blue and pink, I'm really not to sure.

Birdie looks like a little girl to me! I would say she's probably between 6 months and a year old, based on the fact that she doesn't have baby bars but there isn't any development of an iris ring yet

Thank you so much for the replies! I will upload a better quality photo once Birdie becomes more comfortable with my phone around her. Shes been extremely skittish since the day I got her (mid December). She is finally comfortable with me being near the cage and changing the food... This is a little off topic, but I just wanted to say that its been really challenging trying to build a bond with her and the information on here has helped so much.

It is challenging to work with budgies as they are very skittish little birds and it takes a great deal of time and patience to build their Trust in you.
I'm glad to hear the information on the forums has been helpful for you during this process.
