I just bought a baby budgie, and I was told that this is a male baby budgie, so can someone help me to determine is this really male or female budgie, because I specifically asked for male budgie.

If you'll read the link provided above, you'll learn that a budgies' ability to talk depends on it's personality rather than gender.
You have a gorgeous girl and I'm sure she'll be a great companion of yours!

Girl budgies are able to learn the same thing male budgies do.
Not all budgies of either gender learn to talk - budgies are unique individuals just like humans and have their own personality traits.
Be sure you read the thread Hunterkat provided for you.

When you upload pictures as attachments directly from your computer, tablet or phone, the forum automatically defaults to landscape. Additionally, the picture appears as what we term a “thumbnail” attachment.
To upload full-sized pictures with the proper orientation, please use a photo-sharing service such as Imgur and follow the steps in these instructions: How to Post Full Size Pictures from a Photo Sharing Site

By the way, all photos entered in any of our forum contests must be a full-size photo and not a thumbnail attachment so it's good to know how to upload them!
