I'm pretty sure it's a boy, but then he's not too chatty or screechy and loves to regurgitate food to share with me at least once a day, so I'm still hesitant, lol. Any ideas?
Definitely a beautiful boy. Are you sure he's a lutino? Lutino's have red eyes. In the picture he looks like he has black eyes, meaning he's a dark eyed clear.

I doubted he was... I just put that there as I was unsure. And thank you! I didn't know what colouring he was, so I appreciate the info!
He could be a Dark Eye Clear as mentioned, or he could be a DF Spangle. (If he's a Spangle, he will develop Iris rings when mature, unless he's masking or split for Rec. Pied)

Do you know what his parents mutations were?
I'm afraid I don't know his parents mutations. Is there a way to tell his mutation without knowing what his parents were...?
Yes, after he's matured into an adult (is 9-12 months old), if he has irises, then he is a double factor spangle. His cere will also turn blue if he is a double factor spangle. If his cere remains pink and his eyes without iris, then he is a dark eyed clear
