Hi there

For us to determine the gender of your new budgie, you'll need to take a photo of his or her cere taken in natural light, close up. We can't see the cere in this photo well enough to determine your budgie's gender

I have a big screen iMAC and zooming in view, "he" seems to have a seed stuck on the upper part of the cere, the color looks on the purple shade (which suggests a young male). A closer photo from the front in natural light would be best for a positive determination.
