Default Budgie's sex

I have these 4 budgies and i am still not quite sure of their sex. The more i look it up the more i get confused about the cere color especially with 2 albinos. I was wondering if anyone here could help me out. The 2 that are together are Río and Snowflake, and the seperate pics are Wren and Milk. Milk has a light pink, almost white cere. They are all about 9 months. Mich appreciated!

Thank you. That woild explain why they are aggressive towards each other. When i bought milk and wren, the seller said that wren was male and my best bet wouls ro be pairing him with milk. The two are very lovey dovey, so i figured wren might be the only male but i wasnt sure. I can attempt better pictures of milk and wren, as i am still training them. Any tips on training 4 budgies at once? I can't seperate them now that they are close (I've tried) Thanks a lot!

Your girls are very pretty but the cage you have them in is way too small for 4 birds, that in itself could cause some aggression, please look into getting a larger cage for them, something like in this link https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00176F5L0...539094481&sr=1 or if you do not have space for that at least something like this one

Hi welcome

Beautiful girls you have!

The fact that they’re all female isn’t the reason for the bickering among them. It’s a common misconception that you can tell the sex of budgies by their behavior.

Getting them into a flight cage would be great. The 4 can definitely use more room.

Be sure to read the information in th links above from FaeryBee, as well as the Stickies in each section, and Articles. If you can’t first locate the answers you’re looking for in the Stickies and posts, we’re here for you.

Thank you so much for the help! I have ordered a bigger cage for them! However, i had a couple more questions. I have owned budgies before (1 or 2) and they were easy to train. I am not sure, however , how to train 4 of them. They all get defensive of each other when i go near them. I do not touch them, just changing food or talkimg to them. I would like to clip their wings also but im unsure about how to do it without losing any trust i may have built. Thanks!

I would never recommend clipping their wings.

Taming and Bonding is all about helping your budgies learn to trust you and it takes time and patience.
When bird's wings are clipped, the poor bird is more submissive simply because it has no choice in the matter.
Fully flighted birds can be tamed and will be much happier than those with clipped wings.
What you should want is for the bird to choose to be with you.

Check the stickies in the Taming and Bonding Section of the forum for tips.
Many people find clicker training their budgies to be very rewarding.

It's been about a month now, and it might just be me but Milk's cere seems to be turning purple. I am not quite sure what that means? I have read that albinos will not develope a blue cere if they are male, but here cere is definitely darker and more pigmented than the other 3. Here are the best picture i have...
