The cere of male pied budgies are generally darker or more vibrant than female pied budgies. To ME, your budgie seems like it is female but I’m not entirely sure. Here’s a useful link in sexing budgies: https://www.cutelittlebirdiesaviary....-to-adult.html
Also I am glad you have decided to keep budgie again! Welcome back to to the forum!
What a little cutie! Do you have a name for your new little friend yet?
The pics are a bit blurry and not the best, but I’m inclined to say female. We can more positively confirm gender with new pics... clear, close, and in good natural lighting.
From my personal experience, as well as viewing pics, in recessive pied (like yours), males do tend to have a little more white around the nostrils, although never as widespread as a female.
I agree in that lighting she appears to be female, but she's got one of those tricky ceres where closer pictures in natural light are needed to confirm
I look forward to the new pics! She's adorable

Thank you to Deb for her wonderful Faery magic
If your bird is already of an age where the cere color is now set for good, then your bird is a female. It has been 10 years, but you now have another pet budgie. And you are on this site. The bird will be getting good care. Welcome back to being a budgie owner.
Bubi is precious! Congratulations on having a new little friend as part of your family.
Seeing a close up picture of the cere taken in natural light (no flash and no direct sunlight) will help us be able to made a better determination with regard to the gender.
