Smile Gender Help for Cosmo!

Hey guys
Was wondering if you guys could help re-determine the gender of my budgie!
Cosmo is about 3 years old now, and have always went about seeing her as a girl - but recently the way she's been acting (rubbing her vent on my hand), has made me think otherwise.
Here's a few photos of her:

Thank you so much for the help!

She’s a female. Brown cere. In rare instances, a male with hormonal imbalance can get a brown cere, but although it happens, we don’t see that often.

You can’t ever go by behavior to determine sex with budgies. It’s a myth.
