The pictures are not the best for determining gender.
In order to accurately determine gender, it is important you provide pictures of the cere that are clear, in-focus and taken in natural light (no flash and no direct sunlight).
Full sized pictures rather than "thumbnails" are preferable.
When you upload pictures as attachments directly from your computer, tablet or phone, the forum automatically defaults to landscape. Additionally, the picture appears as what we term a “thumbnail” attachment.

In looking at the picture and seeing the perch in your cage, I recommend you remove what looks to be a plastic dowel perch in the cage and replace it with natural wooden perches of varying diameters to help prevent pressure sores.
Well they took blue white so they're happy with him/her. The cage and plastic perches is very temporary. I only use it for travel as it's stout and low to ground for a car ride. I usually have budgies in aviary with branches, bamboo sticks and variety. If they're young, they'll go indoors with wood perches but only for car rides do they go in the one you refer to for reasons stated above.
Sorry i do appreciate the advice....just letting you know that my budgie care is important to me already! Wasnt sure if i came off brusque. If so didnt mean to, only meant to say it wasnt my norm in the photo!
