Hi and thank you very much for welcoming me here. This baby I bought recently from the breeder, she supposed it might be a boy, which I would like, but she was not 100 percent sure. Wherever I posted the picture, people are telling me it is a female. I am still not sure, the cere is kind of pinky, but net evenly and the colour is not deep and there are blueish circles around the nostrils, so I am little bit confused.
I'm 99% sure he is a boy. Are you sure he's only 37 days old?
If so, you should know that good breeders never release their chicks until they are at least eight weeks (60+) days old, since if they are released before then, they not only miss out on important socialization skills from their parents or flock members, but may regress in behavior or weaning, which can lead to maladjusted little ones.

I agree with Star.
Baby budgies should not be released to new owners until they are at least 8 weeks old.
It is very important they have time for socialization and are fully weaned with a lessened chance of regression.
